I am a contemporary American fine artist specializing in contemplative imaginative artworks which strive to capture the emotions of thought and philosophical inquiry.  These are not vague or ethereal concepts, mind you.  These are experiences that we have each and every day when we are confronted with the vast complexities of the modern world.  Our dogmas, presuppositions, and evolved biological biases... any epistemological investigation will find that at some point we must rely upon some unevidenced axiom lest we fall into solipsism.  I find my inspiration in examining these, the foundations of our preceptions.  Our relationship to technology (both material and intellectual), to codified systems of belief, and to the revelations of modern science and post-modern analyses.  In my work I endeavor to depict, not the content, but the feeling of these liminal intellectual spaces, rife with contradiction, conflict, isolation, alienation, beauty, awe, and humanity.
